- Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package and send it to the return address provided by our Customer Service team.
1.3 Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
